Grievance of the petitioner is that boundary marks had been marked on the spot but possession had not been delivered.
Learned Standing Counsel states that an Appeal had been filed before the Commissioner and the result should be awaited.
Under such circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Appeal which was filed against the order dated 16.03.2020 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order and thereafter, further proceedings be undertaken. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of at this stage.
