From the instructions, it is evident that for the eviction of the encroachers from the plot in question, four cases under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been instituted.
Under such circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed. The petitioner as also the encroachers against whom the cases have been registered may pursue the matter before the Tehsildar.
