The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the recall application filed by the petitioner for the recalling of the order dated 10.10.2018 was pending since 12.11.2018. A prayer, therefore, for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the the Recall Application No. 2802 of 2018 (Computerized Case No. AL20180126002802) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
