Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the learned court below, Naib Tehsildar, Sikandarpur, District Ballia (respondent no. 2) to decide Case/Computer Case No. T202015090201928 on 9.10.2020, under Section 33(1) U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 situated at Mauza Sonvarsa, P.O. Chandwa Barwan, Tehsil Sikandarpur, District Ballia, pending before him, expeditiously, if possible, within stipulated period so that justice may be done."
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the aforesaid case. In view thereof, writ petition is dismissed.
However, it is provided that in the event of the petitioner making an application to expedite the aforesaid case pending before the competent court, it is expected that the competent court shall consider and decide the petitioners' application, in accordance with law.
