Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned Standing Counsel and learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha at the outset submits that petitioner has approached this Court against a notice issued under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
This fact is not being disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to submit his objection to the impugned notice. In the event, such an objection is filed by the petitioner within three weeks from date, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided on merits, in accordance with law after hearing all the aggrieved parties.
