This petition has been filed to expedite the mutation case no. T201742960102614 under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, Mauza-Maharajganj, Tehsil-Sadar, District Ghazipur, pending before Tehsildar, Sadar, District Ghazipur.
Learned Standing Counsel on instructions submits that the matter has been consolidated and shall be decided shortly.
I have gone through the records and find no good ground to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case.
In view thereof, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the court below by making an appropriate expedite application. In the event such an application is made, it is expected that the same shall be heard and decided, in accordance with law.
