The grievance of the petitioner is that the proceedings under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.311 of 2019 (Computerised No.T-201909720700311) (Gaon Sabha vs. Rampal Singh) was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer has been made for expeditious disposal of the said case.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Case No.311 of 2019 (Computerised No.T201909720700311) (Gaon Sabha vs. Rampal Singh) be decided within a period of 90 days from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
