Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The petitioners by means of the present writ petition have sought for a direction upon respondents-authorities to release their salary/maandeya since July, 2020 till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has invited attention of this Court to letter dated 02.09.2020 with respect to all the petitioners wherein the District Minority Welfare Officer, Auraiya has written a letter to the Manager/Principal of Madarsa Mini I.T.I. A.V.S.H. Warsi Malhausi, Auraiya stating that petitioners are entitled to dearness allowances with payband applicable to them.

The grievance of the petitioners is that since July, 2020, they are not being paid honorarium.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to respondent no.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to each petitioners to file a separate fresh representation before the respondent no.3-District Minority Welfare Officer, Auraiya alongwith the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court, Allahabad raising all their grievances within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.3 shall consider and decide the same by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed off subject to the observations made above.
