Heard Sri Satya Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pranav Ojha, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3.

Sri Satya Prakash Mishra submits that his only prayer is limited to a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide petitioner's claim for payment of salary from June 2002 through a speaking order.

This prayer is not opposed by Sri Pranav Ojha.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent no. 2-Registrar Cooperative Societies, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow to decide petitioner's representation in regard to payment of arrears of salary through a speaking order. In case, petitioner files a copy of this writ petition along with a fresh representation addressed to respondent no. 2 within 15 days from today, within further period of 60 days, let the representation be decided through a speaking order.

Accordingly, petition is disposed off.

This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits or entitlement of the petitioner.
