Sri Arun Kumar Singh Deshwal, learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri P.K. Pandey, learned Addl. C.S.C. for the State submits that Commissioner, Prayagraj has taken a decision to conduct the examination from 8.12.2021 to 18.12.2021 and thereafter UP Public Service Commission, which is examining authority, will declare the result as per its norms which this Court trusts and hope, shall be within period of maximum 90 days from the date of completion of examination.
In view of aforesaid undertaking nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by Sri Pandey across the Bar. It is made clear that statement of Sri pandey will be binding on all the concerned parties.
