This matter is placed before this Bench by the order of Hon'ble The Chief Justice.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the petition.
By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking following relief:
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to remove illegal encroachment over the arazi No.1153 area about 0.123 hectare situated in Village-Devghat, Tehsil-Koraon, District-Prayagraj (which is PWD Road) recorded as road in revenue record."
Prayer prayed for is not such which can be granted at this stage. If any representation of the petitioner is pending, the authority concerned shall decide the same on or before 31.1.2022. This petition shall also be considered as further representation pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner before the appropriate authority, if any.
With the above observation, this petition stands disposed of.
It goes without saying that we have not entered into the merit of the case.
