The petitioner is approaching the Revenue Authorities again and again, but the respondent authorities are sitting tight and, therefore, in this P.I.L. we direct the Gaon Sabha namely respondent no. 5 to take action on the representations made by the petitioner, if they are found to be genuine against the private respondent no. 6, after giving all hearing and applying the law as per U.P. Land Revenue Code, namely section 67.
With these observations the petition is disposed of.
The encroachments, if any, be dealt with by respondent no. 5 within four weeks from today not later than 31.12.2021.
