Heard Sri U.C. Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sanjay Sharma, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-respondents.
Learned Additional Government Advocate points out that the petitioner no.1 is alleged to have left her home on 25.10.2018 and in this regard an FIR dated 04.04.2019 has also been lodged. He submits that in the aforesaid circumstances a writ of habeas corpus would not lie.
Learned counsel for the petitioners makes a prayer that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The present petition for a writ of habeas corpus accordingly stands dismissed.
