Heard Sri Ramesh Upadhyay, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Rajan Upadhyay, for the petitioners, Sri Shashi Prakash Rai, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Staterespondents.
The instant writ petition has been filed seeking to challenge the order dated 16.07.2020 passed by the Respondent No.2 containing a communication that permanent affiliation of the petitioner institution had not been recommended by the committee with a further direction that the shortcomings with regard thereto may be removed.
Counsel for the parties have pointed out that during pendency of the present writ petition an order dated 17th October 2020 has been issued by the Registrar of the respondent University whereunder the affiliation for the session 2020-21 for the B.Ed. course has been granted to the petitioner institution.
In view of the aforesaid, counsel for the parties submit that nothing further survives in the present writ petition.
Having regard to the aforementioned facts, and in view of the submission made by the counsel for the parties, the writ petition is consigned to the records.
