The cause shown is sufficient. The delay condonation application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
We have heard Shri B.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for the appellant.
Present first appeal is preferred against the order dated 05.2.2020 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalaun at Orai in Marriage Petition No.93 of 2019, CNR No.UPJL02-000267-2019 (Sandeep Kumar Mishra vs. Smt. Rinki @ Priya), wherein the application (16-Ga) under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act has been partly allowed and the direction has been issued to the appellant to pay Rs.4000/- as one time cost of the suit and Rs.3000/as monthly interim maintenance to the opposite party.
Once, after the matter has been heard at some length and we have proceeded to indicate our mind in negative, then learned counsel for the appellant prays that the first appeal may be dismissed as not pressed.
