In the supplementary affidavit filed by the learned AGA for the State-respondent, it is stated that the charge-sheet dated 29.07.2021 had been submitted before the competent court, after the report of Forensic Science Laboratory had been received by the investigating officer.
For the aforesaid, no cause of action survives in the present petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed .
