List has been revised. Nobody is present on behalf of the applicant. Sri Jagannath Maurya, learned counsel for the opposite party is present.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 14.02.2020 passed in Writ Petition No.2491 of 2020.
An affidavit of compliance was filed by the opposite party. In paragraph nos.4 & 5 of the aforesaid compliance affidavit, it is stated that the order passed by the Writ Court has duly and fully complied with in its letter and spirit and the amount for which the applicant is entitled, has been already paid to him at the level of the opposite party.
In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order passed by this Writ Court has been duly and fully complied with in its letter and spirit, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
