Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Yatindra, learned counsel for opposite party no. 3 and Sri K.R.Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for opposite party no. 1 and 2.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt petition for non-compliance of the judgment and order dated 07.05.2019 passed in Writ A No. 5319 of 2019 (Km. Laxmi Devi Vs. State of U.P. and others).
It further reveals from the perusal of the record that pursuant to the aforesaid a decision has been taken by the opposite party dated 27.02.2020 by which two marks were further added in the results and the petitioner was declared pass.
Today when the matter was taken up it is informed by learned counsel for opposite party that an online application form were invited for the purpose of counselling/appointment on merits w.e.f., 13.08.2021. It is informed by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has already submitted his online form.
In view of the matter that order passed by Writ Court has been complied with, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The present contempt application is dismissed having become infructuous.
