This contempt application has been filed for not complying the order dated 10.06.2020 passed in Writ-A No. 4152 of 2020 by the opposite party, which is Committee of Management of the institution in question.

It is the contention of the applicant's counsel that pursuant to the direction of the Writ Court the District Inspector of Schools on 16.01.2021 decided the representation and held that the applicant was entitled for promotion but despite the said order being passed the opposite party, who is the Manager of the Committee of Management, is not complying the order of the District Inspector of Schools.

As the Writ Court had specifically directed the District Inspector of Schools to decide the claim of the applicant for promotion which was decided by him and copy of the same has been brought on record as annexure No. 3 to the affidavit to the application, no contempt, at this stage, is being made out against the Management.

However, Sri Singh has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the contempt application to approach the Writ Court for redressal of his grievances.

In view of the statement, so made, present contempt application is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
