At the very outset, Sri Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, states that the order dated 07.12.2020 passed by the Writ Court has already been complied with and entire payments have been released by the opposite party in favour of the applicant on 01.07.2021.
In view of the statement, so made, contempt application has become infructuous and it is dismissed as infructuous.
