Earlier vide order dated 16.03.2021, Sri P.K.Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel was granted time to seek instructions as to why order of the writ Court dated 25.11.2019 was not complied with.
Today, Sri Giri at the very outset submitted that the order of the writ Court has already been complied with and the representation of the petitioner has been decided on 1st April, 2021 and the same has been dispatched on 5.4.2021 to all the concerned parties.
In view of the statement so made, the prayer made in the contempt application has become infructuous.
The application is dismissed as infructuous.
