This writ petition has been filed for the following relief;
"(i) direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pilibhit to decide the interim injunction application (6C) dated 14.12.2020 filed in Original Suit No. 400 of 2020 (Vyas Dubey and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court"
It is contended that an injunction suit was filed by the petitioners on 14.12.2020, which was registered as Original Suit No. 400 of 2020. An application for interim injunction (6C) was also moved alongwith the said suit, which is pending since then.
A prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioners for early disposal of the aforesaid proceedings.
Learned Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 5 have not opposed the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners for early disposal of the interim injunction application pending before the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pilibhit.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, as such, Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pilibhit is directed to decide the interim injunction application (6C) dated 14.12.2020 filed in Original Suit No. 400 of 2020 (Vyas Dubey and others Vs. State of U.P. and others), in accordance with law, preferably within a period of next four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of the High Court, after hearing all the parties concerned.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
