By means of the present application the applicant, Subhash(Minor) is seeking his anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.42 of 2021, under Sections 279, 337, 338 I.P.C., Police Station-Dauki, District-Agra.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the he wants to approach the Juvenile Justice Board for redressal of his grievance.
There is no legal impediment in approaching the Juvenile Justice Board and the police cannot arrest the minor.
With this observation the present anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
