Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
By means of the present application the applicants who are apprehending their arrest are seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.0085 of 2021, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(2) (v) of SC/ST Act, 1989, Police Station-Sarai, District-Prayagraj.
Learned counsel for the applicants has informed the Court that the police has arrested the applicants, as such, the present anticipatory bail has rendered infructuous.
Under circumstances, instant anticipatory bail application stands DISMISSED as infructuous.
