This application is of the year 2007. It appears that by the efflux of time the contesting parties have either lost all interest in the subject matter or the prayer made in this application has been rendered infructuous or no cause of action survives.
Accordingly, due to efflux of time, the present application is dismissed as having become infructuous .
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, It is provided that in case the present application survives, the applicants are at liberty to move an application for recalling of this order.
