Bilaspur Janta Inter College, Bilaspur Tatarpur Kala, Saharanpur is a recognized intermediate institution and it has a recognized Scheme of Administration for it to be managed. According to petitioner, last election was held on 25.12.2014 whereafter fresh election has been held on 6.1.2020. Petitioner has also contested the election on the post of Manager but has lost. It is contended that petitioner has raised objection against the election held before the educational authorities, which has not been adverted to.
Perusal of the record would go to show that election notice was duly published by the Election Officer and thereafter election was held. Petitioner has not annexed the election proceedings. In such circumstances, this Court is not required to entertain any challenge to the election proceedings dated 6.1.2020. Since the recognition to the election held is yet to be granted by the educational authorities, it is always open for the petitioner to raise his grievance before the educational authorities, which shall be dealt with as per law.
Subject to aforesaid observations, this petition is consigned to records.
