This petition has been filed with the grievance that petitioner's answer-sheet has not correctly evaluated. During the pendency of the writ petition petitioner's answer-sheet have been got reevaluated by two other subject experts and both have found that petitioner is not entitled to any increase in marks. The original evaluation by the two experts has been produced before the Court and the same has also been seen by the counsel for the petitioner. No apparent error or irregularity is pointed out. In such circumstances grievance of the petitioner that his answersheet has not been correctly evaluated is not found to have substance. The amount deposited under the earlier order of this Court shall not be refunded and would remain with the University.
The writ petition is, accordingly, consigned to records.
