This petition at the instance of one of the students, who illegally got admission in violation of guidelines and, therefore, with dismissal of the petition filed by the college, this petition also deserves to be dismissed and is dismissed for the reasons assigned in Writ-C No.39234 of 2019 (Sai College of Education Vijay Sagar & another vs. State of UP & 3 others) .
However, petitioner will be free to claim damages from the respondent No.4-Institution by taking recourse to appropriate proceedings, if so advised.
