Shri Sharad Srivastava submits that impugned order is appellable as per the provisions contained in UP Essential Commodities Control Order, 2016.
In view of availability of alternative remedy, this petition is not maintainable. It is dismissed, accordingly.
However, petitioner may avail the alternative remedy as provided under the statute.
