Ms.Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for respondents no.2 and 3, Shri Shivam Shukla learned counsel for respondent no.4 and Shri Ved Prakash Mishra learned standing counsel for State.
Ms.Shambhavi Tiwari submits that petitioner's case is that he is aggrieved by the order dated 31.7.2019 passed by respondent no.4, denying admission to the petitioner in the Master of Arts course in the Political Science subject and therefore, this petition has been filed.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as per the regulations, it is necessary that a person seeking admission in P.G. College, must have studied that very particular subject in the final year of graduation. Learned counsel for respondents no.2 and 3 places reliance on the Admission Rules for the year 2019-2020 issued by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra wherein paragraph 6 clause 'A' it is specifically provided that in P.G. classes only those candidates will be given admission who have studied the desired subject in the final year of graduation.
In view of the Rules framed by the University, no infirmity or illegality can be attached to the impugned order denying admission to the petitioner. Therefore, petition fails and is dismissed.
