None for the petitioners, none for the respondents even when the matter is taken up in the revised list.

N.E.C. was sent to the petitioners by registered post on 23.11.2019 fixing date as 20.12.2019. As per office report N.E.C. was received back undelivered with a note that 'IS NAAM KA KOI SCHOOL NAHIN HAI'. In view of such facts no further indulgence is required.

The stay order is operating since the year 2011. This writ petition has been filed being aggrieved by judgement dated 04.02.2020 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.10, Allahabad in Rent Control Appeal No.23 of 2003 whereby learned Additional District and Sessions Judge has affirmed the order dated 03.04.2003 passed by Additional City Magistrate, Allahabad whereby on an application of the landlord rent was fixed at Rs.2144/(two thousand one hundred and forty four rupees) per month and the present petitioner was directed to pay the said rent. The Rent Control Appeal No.23 of 2003 was dismissed. Against the said order now in a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India though it is wrongly mentioned in the cause title as petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, interim order was passed on 07.04.2011.

However, no infirmity or illegality has been demonstrated in the impugned orders calling upon for interference in the supervisory jurisdiction of this writ Court.

Therefore, petition fails and is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
