Petitioner's only grievance is that he has made a representation dated 24.07.2020 before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, TehsilKoal, District-Aligarh, and he has made a prayer that the respondent No.3 be directed to consider the grievances of the petitioner and decide them through a speaking order.
This innocuous prayer cannot be granted, inasmuch as there is a provision of appeal under the control orders against the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer. Therefore, petitioner having an alternate statutory remedy is relegated to avail the same.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
