Sri Vijay Bahadur Yadav, learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that the last date for submission of application forms for appointment on the post of Constable in PAC and Civil Police was 08.12.2018. The domicile certificates were part of mandatory testimonials to be submitted in support of the candidature. The domicile certificates were required to be of period prior to the last date of submission of application forms. Attention is called to the following provisions of the advertisement:
"आरक्षण / आयय मम छछट कका लकाभ चकाहनने वकालने उत्तर प्रदनेश कने आरकक्षत शनेणणी कने अभ्यरर्थी आवनेदन मम अपनणी शनेणणी अवश्य अअंककत करम तरका कनरका र ्धारत प्रकारूप पर सक्षम अधरककारणी दकारका जकारणी प्रमकाण पत्र आवनेदन करनने सने पछवर्धा प्रकाप्त कर लम एवअं जय उनसने अपनेक्षका ककी जकायने तब वने उसने प्रस्तयत करम । रकाज्य सरककार दकारका कनरका र ्धारत प्रकारूप कने अकतररक्त ककसणी अन्य प्रकारूप मम प्रस्तयत प्रमकाण पत्र मकान्य नहहीं हहोगका ।

It is undisputed that the petitioner submitted a domicile certificate which was issued on 15.05.2019. The candidature of the petitioner was rejected on this ground. These facts are not disputed by the petitioner.
There is no infirmity in the action taken by the respondents.
The writ petition is dismissed.
