Heard Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri J.P. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sayta Prakash Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State - respondents.

Sri Sayta Prakash Singh, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State - respondents submits that the charge-sheet has been drawn up against the petitioner, wherein the charges have been laid out which will be enquired into by the disciplinary enquiry.

In light of this subsequent development and considering the nature of the charges laid out in the charge-sheet, the following directions shall serve the ends of justice:

I. The petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry proceedings.

II. The enquiry officer shall conclude the enquiry within a period of four months from the date of production of a computer generated copy of this order, downloaded from the official website of the High Court Allahabad. The computer generated copy of such order shall be self attested by the petitioner (party concerned) along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably

Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked. The Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.

III. All the concerned departmental officers, who are required to produce evidences, shall also cooperate with the enquiry officer.

IV. In case the petitioner does not cooperate with enquiry proceedings, the enquiry officer shall proceed in accordance with law.

V. The petitioner undertakes that he shall not misbehave with his officers.

¶15

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

A copy of the charge-sheet shall be made over by the learned Standing Counsel to Sri V.K.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
