After some argument in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh, challenging the orders passed by the State Authorities, in so far as relief of regularization has not been granted to petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court in Special Appeal No.1346 of 2013, alongwith connected matters.
Prayer made in that regard is not opposed.
Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed.
