Against the orders impugned dated 21.3.2020 and 16.10.2019, petitioner has a remedy of preferring revision under Rule 23 of the relevant service rules. Since such statutory remedy has not been availed, as such this Court is not inclined to entertain the matter.
Writ petition, accordingly, is consigned to records with liberty reserved to the petitioner to prefer a revision against the orders impugned. It is, however, provided that in case such a revision is filed within three weeks from today, the same shall be entertained on merits and shall be dealt with, in accordance with law.
