Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dharmendra Dhar Dubey, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation.
Admittedly, aggrieved by the orders of punishment and the order passed by the Appellate Authority affirming the same, the petitioner has preferred a revision which is stated to be pending before the second respondent. The statutory revision has been preferred under Regulation 69A. Since that revision has not yet been decided, no occasion arises for this Court to either entertain the petition or to rule upon the validity of the impugned orders.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the contentions of respective parties, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction commanding the second respondent to consider and decide the revision which is stated to be pending with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and its enclosures.
