Learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Commissioner, Allahabad states that since the claim of the petitioner as raised in the petition is admitted and the payment has not been made only on account of financial constraints, the Municipal Corporation undertakes to release the dues as claimed in the instant petition by 15 December 2020.
