Heard Sri Kshitij Shailendra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Satish Chaturvedi, learned counsel representing the respondent Bank.
Pursuant to the directions issued on the last occasion, Sri Satish Chaturvedi, learned counsel representing the State Bank of India has placed for the perusal of the Court an order dated 05 June 2020, in terms of which the claim of the petitioner for being promoted to the JMGS-I Cadre has been negatived.
Sri Shailendra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner consequently prays for permission to withdraw the instant writ petition subject to rights being reserved to assail the decision as taken by the respondent Bank.
Order accordingly.
