The petitioner is seeking a direction to have fair and free inquiry in relation to the implementation of certain government schemes.
The petitioner before approaching this Court submitted a representation to the District Magistrate, Fatehpur on 28th August, 2019. The representation aforesaid is yet pending consideration.
Looking to this fact, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by directing the District Magistrate, Fatehpur to consider and decide the representation so submitted in accordance with law expeditiously as far as possible within a period of three months from the date the petitioner presents a certified copy of this order along with a copy of writ petition before him.
With the directions as above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
