This petition for writ is preferred to conclude an inquiry initiated under orders of the District Magistrate, Jaunpur.
On going through the record, it reveals that the inquiry was instituted in the month of June, 2019. A reasonable time is always required to be given to complete a fair inquiry.
At this state, we do not find any just reason to interfere in the matter and to issue any direction for completion of the inquiry expeditously.
The writ petition is dismissed.
