This special appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 19.09.2011 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 53781 of 2011. This appeal was presented on 13.11.2011. After filing of the appeal, it came up before the Court on several occasions but was adjourned for one or other reasons. On most of the occasions none was present to pursue the appeal. It is only on 10.01.2019, the appeal was admitted and notices were issued to the respondent nos. 1 to 5.
Today too, none is present on behalf of the appellant.
The appeal is dismissed for the want of prosecution.
