As per the averments contained in the documents annexed with the petition for writ, it is apparent that the petitioner himself is the owner of the property which is in-dilapidated condition.
Necessary directions for demolition of the property aforesaid has already been issued by the Chief Engineer, Nagar Nigam, Kanpur vide an order dated 29th August, 2018.
Having considered the same, we do not find any just reason to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is dismissed.
