Before approaching this Court, the petitioner submitted a complaint to the District Magistrate, Kushinagar in relation to certain illegalities at the fair price ship run by respondent no.5.
Having considered all facts of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by directing the District Magistrate, Kushinagar to consider and decide the complaint submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously as far as possible within a period of two months from the date the petitioner presents a certified copy of this order along with a copy of writ petition before him.
With the directions as above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
