Alleging financial irregularities against office bearers of Gram Panchayat Kapi, Block Amoli, Tehsil Bindki, District Fatehpur, a complaint is submitted by the petitioner to the District Magistrate, Fatehpur. The application was submitted on 14.10.2019. It is stated that no step on the application aforesaid has been take so far.
As stated above, the application was submitted only on 14.10.2019. The petitioner is required to give some breathing time to the authorities to take appropriate steps on the complaint so given.
We do not find any just reason available to the petitioner to approach this Court under Public Interest Litigation jurisdiction just within a period of two months.
The petition for writ is dismissed.
