The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.3.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.4447 of 2017 (Babu Ram Mishra v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions has submitted that the writ Court order has been complied with on 16.9.2019 and as such the contempt application is liable to be dismissed.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
