Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri K.R. Singh, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 20.09.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.10656 of 2013 (Mukesh Kumar Singh v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that admittedly in response to the writ Court order the applicant is permitted to join and as such the writ Court order has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. However, it is always open to the applicant to press his relief for consequential benefits before the authority concerned.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the applicant alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
