Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobeying the order dated 30.09.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.13400 of 2019 (Shivraj Singh and another vs. Union of India and others).
On the matter being taken up today, Shri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed the order dated 28.10.2020 and submits that interest part has also been ensured in favour of the applicant. The copy of the said order has been provided to counsel for the applicant.
In view of the above, nothing further survives in the contempt application and the same stands disposed of . Notices, if any, stand discharged.
