This bail application has been preferred by the accusedapplicant(s) Inder, who is involved in Case Crime No.1323 of 2020 under Sections 420,467,468,120-B I.P.C. P.S.- Sihani Gate, District-Ghaziabad.

The F.I.R. version is that the informant received a phone call from Kunwar Singh, son of Changa Singh that the caller was his relative and he had to receive Rs. 60,000/- which shall be paid on phone pay thereafter the informant was to obtain the same in cash. Thereafter, on the phone number of informant 9818504515 a message came with regard to Rs. 25,000/-; again a message came to Rs. 5,000/-; one message of Rs. 9,000/came on the mobile of Ravi Kumar; thereafter one message of Rs. 3,900/- came on the mobile of Yogesh Kumar and accordingly the informant was off to pay. Ultimately, the phone call ended. Therefore, a cheating of usurping Rs. 30,000/- from the informant; Rs. 9,000/- from Ravi Kumar and Rs. 3,900/from Yogesh was committed and the FIR of the same was registered as Case Crime No.1323 of 2020 under Sections 420,467,468,120-B I.P.C. P.S.- Sihani Gate, District-Ghaziabad against the unknown caller of mobile number 8000058144.
