Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record.

The present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the Court concerned to accept the bail bonds and undertaking in pursuance of anticipatory bail order dated 21.9.2020 (Annexure-2) passed by Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Kanpur Nagar in Case Crime No. 255 of 2020, under Sections 380, 457 IPC, Police Station Kohana, District Kanpur Nagar.

Learned counsel for the applicants contends that the investigating officer of the case is not accepting the personal and surety bonds in compliance of the Court order dated 21.9.2020 and rather they had been falsely implicated in some other cases.

Learned AGA has vehemently opposed this application.

From the perusal of the Annexure-2, it is found that Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Kanpur Nagar in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2424 of 2020 granted anticipatory bail to Suraj, Rakesh, Rajesh and Sanjay in Case Crime No. 255 of 2020, under Sections 380 and 457 IPC, Police Station Kohana, District Kanpur Nagar and personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two surety bonds of the like amount was to be filed before the police officer before apprehension of the applicants.

Learned counsel for the applicant also contends that personal and surety bond may be directed to to file before the Court concerned.

To secure the ends of justice, personal and surety bonds in compliance of the order dated 21.9.2020 may be filed by the applicants before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Kanpur Nagar.

With this observation, the application is finally disposed of.
